Account Deletion
Introduction
GTM is a product centered around managing multiple WhatsApp accounts for customers. The following describes the account deletion steps. If you need to delete your account, please follow the instructions below.
Desktop Version Deletion Steps
- Log in to your GTM account.
- Click User Center at the bottom of the navigation bar.
- Click on the account avatar at the top of the sidebar.
- Click the Account Deletion Button on the account information page that opens.
Mobile Version Deletion Steps
- Log in to your GTM account.
- Click Settings at the bottom of the navigation bar.
- Click the folded function button at the top right.
- Click account Account Deletion
Contact Us
After account deletion, you will no longer be able to log in. If you do not contact customer service to restore your account within 90 days, all account data will be cleared upon expiration. If you need to clear your account data immediately, you need to contact customer service. You can contact us in any of the following ways:
