Computer Configuration Requirements
Note: The following hardware environment is recommended based on our product's long-term stability testing. If you encounter unsolvable problems during installation, you can contact customer service for free remote assistance.
Because our software uses a self-signed certificate, 360/Macfee may mistakenly delete files, causing the GTM-Social Hub built-in fingerprint browser to fail to start properly. It is recommended to close or uninstall 360/Macfee. For protection needs, use the system's built-in firewall or Huorong.

Cannot start after installation
Solution for some users' computers failing to start
Some versions of Windows systems do not have commonly used runtime libraries pre-installed. Starting the GTM-Social Hub desktop version will fail and prompt that xxx.dll is missing, or there is no prompt and it cannot start normally. Install Micosoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Dependent components fail to download automatically after startup
- Change the computer's DNS to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4
- Try switching lines. Currently, Mainland China/Overseas are supported. After switching, try restarting GTM-Social Hub multiple times.
- If the above methods do not work, you can try opening a VPN global proxy on the local machine and then restart GTM-Social Hub.
Enable Performance/Disable Sleep Settings on Computer
In order to ensure that GTM-Social Hub's scheduled tasks can run normally, you need to turn off computer sleep and set the high-performance option, so that it will not sleep when executing tasks, causing task execution to fail.
1. Enable High Performance Mode
Enable in the control panel

Windows Firewall Settings
Some computers need to turn off the firewall before GTM-Social Hub can run normally. Open the Window Security Center and perform the following operations.
1. Turn off Firewall and Network Protection
Click on three different network environments respectively, enter the settings interface and turn off the firewall switch.
2. Turn off App and Browser Control
Enter the App and Browser Control settings interface, click Reputation-based protection settings, and turn off all the switches inside.
3. Turn off Virus Scan
Enter Virus & Threat Protection and turn off the virus scan shown in the figure below.
