System Operation Guidance
Although GTM-Social Hub has many functions, the system has divided the functions into three categories: Collection, Filtering, and Group Control.
Tip
The operation methods and interfaces of the functions under each category are similar. Once you actually operate one function, you will know how to operate hundreds of others. In addition, we also have video tutorials, so there is no need to worry about the difficulty of getting started.
The introductory tutorial has a relatively complete demonstration. After watching it, you will be able to use 80% of the system's functions.
The following are explanations of the three categories of functions:
1. Collection Function
Used to collect data, such as FB group member collection, TK fan collection. After collection, it is generally exported to Excel, and some user data is selected for subsequent filtering or group control.
2. Filtering Function
Generally used to filter the data collected in the previous step. For example, if we collect the fans of a certain TK blogger, and we are making beauty products, we can use TK's filtering functions (specifically, AI User Feature Recognition) to identify and filter user gender.
3. Group Control Function
Does not produce data, generally used to perform specific operations, such as FB automatic posting, automatic forwarding, sending private messages to specified users in batches, sending messages to group chats in batches, etc.
