Instructions for Using Private Message Customer Service

Enable Settings

• Turn on the task execution switch for the fingerprint environment.
• Turn on the automatic message reading switch for the account corresponding to the fingerprint environment.

The speed of reading new messages depends on the message reading interval setting (which can be modified in the customer service interface).

Note

After enabling the private message reading switch for an account, the system will automatically create and execute message reading tasks at specified time intervals.

It is generally not recommended to set the message reading interval too short, as this will consume a lot of task execution time, causing other tasks, such as posting, private messaging, and sharing, to be queued for a long time, resulting in slow task execution.

It is recommended that the message reading interval be at least 300 seconds.

Specific Steps

The following uses a Facebook fingerprint environment as an example. The operation method for other social media is exactly the same.

1. Turn on the task execution switch for the fingerprint environment.

2. Turn on the automatic message reading switch for the account corresponding to the fingerprint environment.

You can also set the message reading interval, which will affect the timeliness of displaying new messages.
