Wordpress Online Customer Service Integration Instructions
1. Create a Standalone Website Customer Service
- Go to Personal Center
- Click to enter Standalone Website Customer Service
- Click Create
- Enter website domain
- Enter website title
- Enter customer service display nickname
- Enter customer service display introduction
- Select and set avatar, avatar aspect ratio needs to be 1:1
- Click Save
2. Install Wordpress Plugin
3. Plugin Settings
Return to GTM and copy the standalone website customer service link as shown below
Enter the customer service plugin settings option, in the Settings => GTM options page Follow the image prompts below
After setting, refresh the homepage, seeing the customer service icon indicates success
4. Add Agents
The above operations will only add the standalone website creator as an agent by default. To add multiple agents, follow the image prompts below
Each agent is a valid GTM account. To activate an agent, please contact customer service to set a reasonable validity period for your agent account.
